If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them within 14 days of receipt using the free return labels provided with each shipment, either for a full refund of the price of the purchased merchandise or an exchange for an alternative product, provided the returned goods are in original resalable condition and are accompanied by the original invoice.

 

All returned goods including their inner protective layers and outer packaging that appear worn, washed, damaged, missing or are not in original condition can jeopardise its future salability. Consequently, in the event that the returned goods breach company standards, BOSS LACES reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange requests for merchandises that do not surpass its return requirements at its sole discretion.

 

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund, where returns are anticipated to be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be then be sent once the returns have been successfully processed. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.

 

Please note that any goods returned for an exchange for another, are subject to merchandise availability. Should the new order be unfulfillable, a member of staff will be in contact with you with alternative arrangements.
