How do I know if a product is available and how long will it take for delivery?The website provides information on items’ availability directly on the product page (next to the intended size under the drop down menu) as well as provides the estimated time of shipment at checkout. When you have selected the product or the size needed, you can see different stock status.

How do I know my size?We understand the importance of purchasing the correct size when ordering online which is why all products have detailed sizing information displayed in their product pages. Footwear size conversions vary from brand to brand so please refer to the conversion charts provided. All sizes listed in the drop down menu you select when choosing your size are in UK sizes. You may explore our homepage which features trending sneakers or visit the navigation bar found at the top, where you can simply click on the 'Brands' tab to open a drop-down menu to shop by the Designer Brand of your choice. 2. Alternatively, should you be looking for a specific item, you may use our search box to find products by name, colour, category or style. When you have made your selection, choose your size and click "add to cart". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner and click on "Checkout" to be led through the checkout process. Can I change or cancel my order?Should you wish to cancel your order, you are required to do so ASAP using the steps below and before your order processes for shipment. Log in to your account > Go to order history and select the order you wish to cancel > If the order has not been processed for shipment preparation, there will be a 'CANCEL ORDER' button at the bottom of the order summary > Please select this button and confirm your cancellation > If you do not wish to cancel your order, then please select 'No, return to order'. Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself. Please note, this self-cancellation is only available whilst the order is still under processing. Should the order have moved to the next stage (shipment preparation), we cannot cancel any orders. Which shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?We offer free express shipping with all orders. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we aim to deliver your order within 1-2 business days. All orders are processed Mondays through Saturdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays. BOSS LACES cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.

Can I have my order delivered to a store?At this time, we are unable to deliver items purchased online to a store for pick up, as we are a solely online-based company. Alternatively, we can deliver your order to a home or company address, as long as there is someone available to sign for the package upon delivery.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?For security reasons, for all purchases made on bosslaces.com, the signature of the client (or of an adult nominated representative) are mandatory. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts, generally on 3 consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to BOSS LACES. Following the receipt of undelivered orders, BOSS LACES will cancel the order and reimburse the client.

How can I track my order?BOSS LACES will send you several e-mails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking link in order to track your shipment.
