We offer free global shipping with every purchase, where all orders will only be processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. BOSS LACES shall not be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.
For security reasons, all purchases will require the signature of the client or an adult nominated representative upon delivery. In the event that the local courier exhausts its maximum redelivery attempts and with no communication from the intended recipient, the package shall be returned to BOSS LACES, following which the order shall be cancelled and purchase value be reimbursed.
Please note that even if an order contains multiple quantities of merchandises, each order can only be sent to a single address, one that was provided at the time of ordering. Should there be errors in the shipping address, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform customer service, either by phone or e-mail at earliest convenience to rectify this issue. However, if an order has successfully processed, shipping addresses cannot be changed beyond this point.
