Bought two pairs of sneakers just three days to my summer vacation. However, I didn't notice that the shipping address was defaulted to my billing address and not where I was residing right now until around 8am the next morning (and for those curious, I was placing my order at about 11pm the previous night). I started panicking a lot because my billing address was four hours away from where I live currently and there is no way I would be able to retrieve my order, especially with the distance and little time I have before my vacation. Fortunately, BOSS LACES Customer Service Team were amazing. Adam, who was the staff who attended to my query on the Web Live Chat, was nothing short of polite and helpfulness. He promptly assisted me in changing my shipping address to the correct one and assured me that I should be able to receive my order to the right address in time for my takeoff, as long as the postal service does not cause any delays. Just like he assured, the sneakers arrived the morning before i was scheduled to fly off and there were beautiful. They were securely packaged, with their protection covers and original authenticity tags as well. Extremely happy with the service I received from both the company and Customer Service Team.
